TERMS AND CONDITIONS
LEAD TIMES
All JAGOLI furniture is made to order. Lead times (which are continually to flux) are approximate and are subject to change without notice. COM orders are not scheduled until the entire required yardage is received; therefore, lead-time begins from receipt of COM, deposits and approval.
ORDERING / PAYMENT
All orders require a written purchase order (PO), a 50% deposit and the balance due Collect Before Delivery (CBD) as well as a final signed approval from all parties involved. Checks are made payable to JAGOLI. Purchase orders must provide all necessary information, including billing address, shipping address and phone numbers. Purchase Orders must include: the quantity, item name and number, specifications, COM/COL Manufacturer (COM/COL SKU). Custom orders must be noted as such and contain all the information necessary to implement the proposed changes.
Local sales tax will be added to all orders unless we receive a copy or facsimile of a valid Resale Certificate.
All orders will be acknowledged via fax and/or mail by JAGOLI. Each order will be processed as indicated in the acknowledgement. If there are any discrepancies, we must be notified in writing within 24 hrs. of the date on the acknowledgement. JAGOLI is not obligated to accept changes requested after the 24 hr. period. Cancellations are not accepted after an order has been acknowledged, funds have been deposited or work has begun.
JAGOLI reserves the right to transfer completed orders to storage (at the customer’s own expense) if final payment is not received within 30 days. The customer assumes complete responsibility, including, but not limited to loss and damage during transfer and storage.
JAGOLI reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time for any reason. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change designs, construction, construction materials, dimensions and discontinue products without notice. All dimensions, yardage requirements and lead times are to be considered approximate and are subject to change without notice.
Rush orders are subject to a 25% up charge.
SHIPPING
All items are shipped FOB Chicago. All shipments are dock to dock unless instructed otherwise. All merchandise travels at the customers own expense and risk, unless Jagoli arranges for shipping at an additional shipping expense.
RETURNS
No merchandise may be returned to JAGOLI without prior written consent. Only merchandise that bears a valid RMA number will be accepted at our dock. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the shipper via collect freight.
WARRANTY
Jagoli Furniture warranty varies by product.
This warranty does not extend to COM or COL materials. During the warranty period, JAGOLI will repair or replace defective merchandise free of charge. This warranty does not extend to damage resulting from shipping, accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence, abuse, or ordinary wear and tear.
JAGOLI is not liable for any delay or failure to deliver or perform due to strikes, lock-outs, or other labor difficulties, accidents, fires, acts of God, or other cause of like or unlike nature beyond our control. The above warranty is given expressly and in lieu of all other warranties, express, or implied, of merchantability and fairness for particular purpose and constitutes the only warranty made by Jagoli
ABOUT OUR FURNITURE
CONSTRUCTION
During the construction phases clients are required to personally inspect their order to ensure exact specifications.
All frames are built with select kiln dried hardwood. Stress joints are double doweled, glued, bolted and screwed (whenever possible). Only the finest available materials are used. Moreover, as all items are built entirely by hand, all dimensions are approximate. The majority of Jagoli furniture is maple, however there are exceptions and we reserve the right to make changes in design, construction and dimensions or to discontinue product without notice.
When making changes to height, width, or depth, please employ the following formula. Please note, this is a general rule of thumb- there are limits and expectations! Please call for precise information.
- To change width (sofa or loveseat): $500/foot
- To change depth of height (sofa or loveseat): $100/Inch
- To change height (chair or barstool): $125/inch
UPHOLSTERY
All COM/COL orders require a signed Jagoli OM/Col Ticket
Eight-way hand tied springs or Zig-Zag springs are standard as is hand shaped, high density polyurethane foam wrapped in Dacron. Certain pieces require down, in which case a 10/90 ratio is standard.
Specialty Materials: including, but not limited, to leather, suede, vinyl and plaid as well as patterns that require matching, materials that require backing or additional labor are subject to a 25% up charge. This change may be assessed at the discretion of the cutting room with prior notice or consent.

SPECIALTY PRODUCTS
California TB 133 is available at an additional charge to be determined depending on product. An extended lead time would apply to these products.
FINISHES
As no two trees are alike, variation in color and grain should be expected. Finish samples (available upon request) represent an average result and are in no way intended to be an exact duplicate. Jagoli uses Italian Catalyzed and Analine Dyes engineered for beauty and durability.
The following finishes are standard Jagoli finishes from collections using maple and oak.

Deviation from this finish chart will result in a 10% up charge. If a specific finish is requested by the client, other than JAGOLI’S finishes sample for approval will result in a 15% up charge.
CUSTOMERS OWN MATERIAL/CUSTOMERS OWN LEATHER:COM/COL
Ship all fabrics prepaid (collect shipments will be automatically refused) to our factory (see below). Please note, goods travel at customer’s own risk and expense. Jagoli is in no way responsible for lost COM/COL. Please instruct your fabric vendor to tag your COM/COL with as much information as possible (including your name, your purchase order number, item number(s) and the name of the furniture piece.

Unless noted otherwise, the inside of the bolt is assumed to be the face side. Please include a cutting with your purchase order indicating: direction, face, seaming, matching, welting, etc. If this information is absent, the fabric will be applied at the discretion of the cutting room. In addition to the foregoing, the following information should appear on your purchase order:
- The COM Manufacturer, color, pattern name & number.
- A cutting indicating the face side, pattern direction, etc.
- Excess COM/COL will be returned upon request
All COM/COL requirements are approximate and are based on 54” wide plain goods. For COM that is less than standard (54”) and/or has a repeat, please consult the following COM Chart(s).
